| Kim,
The life of an ovum after ovulation is only 14 to 16 days. So, if you had ovulated on the 14th, then either you should have got your periods or tested positive for pregnancy by now.
Since neither has happened, I suspect that you had not ovulated last month.
Since you had not ovulated on 50 mg Clomid, chances are, 100mg Clomid has not worked for you either.
Ovulation trackers test for the rising levels of a hormone called LH (leutinising hormone). This hormone can be high in a condition called PCOD and rise even higher during the time of ovulation to show a positive ovulation test on the ovulation monitor, even when there is no ovulation.

I believe that you should get a blood pregnancy test to be really sure that you are not pregnant.
If the blood test is negative, then you need to be tested for the presence of PCOD. Blood tests for the level of insulin and androgens and an ultrasound of the ovaries will help to identify PCOD.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to ask a follow-up question if you wish to know more.
