| Beckie,
I think that what your daughter has is vaginal discharge associated with ovulation - this is normal in all women.
A women ovulates (produces an egg from her ovaries) at about 14 days after her period and approximately 14 days before the next period. At this time she may have a white jelly like vaginal discharge from the vagina. This discharge has no particular smell and does not cause any itching. It decreases spontaneously before she gets her next period.
Since your daughter is 7 days from her next period, it is likely that she still has a little of this vaginal discharge going on.
Please do not worry - this is very normal.
If she had picked up a disease, she would have had other symptoms like itching, foul smell, inflammation of the genitals etc. And a vaginal discharge has no relation to sexual relations. It can occur in girls who have had sexual relations as well as in girls who are virgins.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to ask a follow-up question if you need more information.
