Mneil,
Nipple discharge during pregnancy is very normal. But the presence of blood in the discharge is not.
It is possible that you have a mild infection in the breasts with inflammation in the ducts. If the breasts are handled (especially during sex), there may be bleeding from the inflamed ducts.
You could also be suffering from a condition called 'Rusty -pipe syndrome'. During pregnancy, the blood supply to the breasts increase. There can be engorgement of the blood vessels surrounding the ducts. Mild trauma, such as by handling the breasts during sex can cause rupture of the blood vessels and blood stained nipple discharge.
Other causes for blood in the nipple discharge in the childbearing age could be conditions like Ductal Papilloma or Fibrocystic disease.
You need to undergo tests like ultrasonography of the breasts. The nipple discharge also needs to be examined under the microscope for blood and other cellular structures.
If no definite problem is discovered, then the blood stained nipple discharge is due to the rusty-pipe syndrome and this will clear up spontaneously.
You can read about the anatomy of the breast here:

I hope this helps.
